World number 2 Belgium has confirmed a shocking addition to its squad ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.
Belgium head coach Roberto Martinez has confirmed his 26-man squad ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2022, scheduled to take place in Qatar from the 20th of November 2022.
Martinez, however, made a shocking addition to the squad ahead of the first game of the competition. Romelu Lukaku, who is currently out injured, has been confirmed as a member of the squad.
Belgium would be looking to go far in the World Cup this year after making it to the knock out stages of the competition in 2018.
