Arsenal Football Club are ready to intensify their bid to sign Chelsea's forward player, Kai Havertz ahead of the new football season.

The new deal is understood to be worth a guaranteed £55 million plus an extra £5m in bonuses after they saw their initial bid of £50 million rejected.
Havertz will be offered a long-term contract worth a minimum of £210,000 per week. However, the Blues have placed a valuation of £70 million to £75 million on Havertz.
Chelsea are looking to trim down their squad ahead of the 2023/24 when Mauricio Pochetino takes charge of the club. The Stamford Bridge Club are also looking to raise funds for the potential signing of Moises Caicedo from Brighton which could cost them at least €100 million.
