African Footballers are not always on the list of players that earn a lot of wages for their services in the clubs they do play for.

There is only a handful of players that are on the list of players that earn a lot of money either weekly or yearly. Notjustok has decided to highlight the list of Africa's highest-paid players.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - £350,000

The Gabonese player was the highest-paid African player when he was playing for Arsenal. He achieved this feat while playing for the Gunners from 2020-to 2022 before he moved to Barcelona.

Samuel Eto'o - £350,000

The former Chelsea player earned the same amount of player with Anibameyamg while he was playing for Anzhi Makhachkala from 2011-13.

Cedric Bakumbu- £307,000

The Congolese is the third place on the list while he played for Beijing Guoan within the space of three years from 2019-to 2021 while playing for Shangai Shenhua.

Odion Ighalo - £300,000

Odion Ighalo

The Nigerian forward player is the fourth player on the list and he achieved this feat while he was play for Shangai Shenhua from 2019-2021.

Sadio Mane - £250,000

Sadio Mane

The Senegalese is currently the highest-paid player in Africa that is still actively playing football. Mane's contract with Bayern Munich will see him earn £250,000 a week.

Yaya Toure - £240,000

The Ivorian was also part of the top highest-paid African players. Tours achieved this feat while he was playing for Manchester City from 2013-2018.

Asamoah Gyan -£225,000

The Ghanaian is also on the top ten list, he earned £225,000, while he was playing for Shanghai SIPG. He achieved this feat from 2015-2017.

Mohamed Salah - £220,000

Mohamed Salah

The Egyptian King as he is popularly called by Liverpool supporters, he earns this amount following the contract he signed in 2018.

Thomas Partey - £200,000

Thomas Partey

The Arsenal midfielder completes the list of the highest amount earned by Africans. The Ghanian achieved this feat in his latest signing with the Gunners in 2020.
