There is a new song taking Rwandan airwaves by storm! Wabaga He has been delivered by Rwandese artistes: Priscilla and Emmy. 21-year-old Priscilla is a Rwandan artiste based in America. She rose to fame in 2009 after the release of her debut single “Mbabarira.” Emmy on the other hand is a 27-year old Rwandese artiste also based in America.
