Yanga Sports Club's Head Coach, Miguel Angel Gamondi, recently shared his insights on potential contenders for the 2023 AFCON semi-finals.

In a brief video posted on Yanga SC's Instagram page. the Argentine, who assumed the coaching role following Nasreddinne’s Nabi departure, named three teams he believes could secure a spot in the semi-finals.
In his predictions, the 56-year-old coach pointed to Senegal, Morocco, and Ivory Coast as strong contenders for the semi-finals. Additionally, Gamondi tantalizingly hinted at another team, yet to be revealed, that he considers a surprise package in the tournament.
Expressing his thoughts, Gamondi remarked, "Semi-final must feature Senegal, Morocco, Ivory Coast, and one surprise team."
