Diamond Platnumz Set To Perform At The O2 Arena | SEE DETAILS
Diamond Platnumz has vowed to perform at the 02 Arena, shortly after Nigeria's Davido, Burna Boy, and Wizkid made history performing before a sold-out crowd at the 20,000 capacity arena located in London, United Kingdom.
Tanzania's music sensation Diamond Platnumz, who has recently released his First Of All EP has made a promise to his fans to take the stage at the O2 arena in the coming days, hence expected to be the first East African to perform at the prestigious arena.
Diamond Platnumz made the promise at the premiere of his 10 music videos from the First Of All EP which was held at Century Cinemax, Mlimani City, Dar Es Salaam saying :
We must perform at the 02. I must perform. That's a must. Because if we don't do that it simply means we have failed.
Diamond Platnumz also urged fans not to whine if Tanzanian artists are not performing at the O2 Arena like the way Nigerian artists do because Tanzanian diaspora in the United Kingdom is very small compared to the number of Nigerians living in the UK.

The WCB CEO also revealed that one of the reasons why Nigerian artists are selling out the O2 is because of the massive support they get from West Africans living in London, who, according to Diamond Platnumz make up at least 80% of all the audience when a Nigerian artist performs at the 02 Arena.
