Bayern Munich confirm the injury to its first team player ahead of Arsenal clash

Bayern Munich supporters were left disappointed following the injury to one of its first team players, Kingsley Coman ahead of the crucial Champions League game against Arsenal.

The Bavarians confirmed that the Kingsley Coman sustained an injury in his right abductor during the league game against Koln. According to reports from the club, he is expected to be out for a few weeks after he injured himself in the game.

The statement read;

"Kingsley Coman will be out of action for FC Bayern for several weeks after the forward suffered an injury in his right adductor muscle in the Bundesliga home game against Köln on Saturday. This was confirmed following an examination by FC Bayern's medical department. Coman injured himself after a movement in the Köln penalty area with no intervention from an opponent and had to be substituted in the 50th minute."

The injury to Coman is also a big worry for Thomas Tuchel ahead of the game against Arsenal after Alphonso Davies was ruled out of the match for picking up a yellow card in the first leg.

The second leg which will be played at the Allianz Arena is set to give football fans something to look forward to after the first leg ended 2-2 at the Emirates Stadium.
