Delvino, The “Voltage” Boy
The “Voltage boy”, Delvino is set to storm the industry with the release of a new single off his forthcoming “Son of Glory” EP titled “Somebody”.
“Delvino” is an Afro-fusion artiste that infuses various elements of Pop music and other globally recognized genres. He expresses himself and connects with his audience by communicating through his music.
He is widely known as the “Voltage Boy” due to his stand-out and creative approach when it comes to his music and fashion. Delvino who grew up in the early stages of Afrobeats draws inspiration from Timaya, Psquare, Dbanj and his elements of Hip-pop/Pop influence come from Chris Brown, Drake, Lil-Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Eminem and 2pac Shakur.
These early influences shaped his songwriting skills and often sharpened them by writing songs during lunch breaks while in secondary school. This passion motivated him to join the church choir where he rose to the lead performer role.
Delvino released his debut single titled “Jedi Love” in (2017) which according to him was a story about his first heartbreak, since then he’s been delivering high voltage from the studio with songs such as Radar which was released in (2020) and Southside which was released in (2021). The “Voltage boy” is set to release a new single off his forthcoming “Son of Glory” EP titled “Somebody”.
