Full List of Winners Groove Awards with Safaricom 2017 - Roundup
This year’s annual gospel award ceremony - Groove Awards with Safaricom took place on the 1st of June 2017 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre at a star-studded event that saw winners unveiled in various categories, among them public choice awards, five special merit categories, and the Skiza Ringback tune award.
The winners who were unveiled at the event include Eko Dydda who won the Male Artist of the year and Hip-Hop song of the year, Mercy Masika Female Artist of the year and praise & worship band Adawnage who won the group of the year and video of the year respectively.
The package includes a winners’ concert and live music concert recording, courtesy of Mo Sound and Film Studios, one hundred thousand worth of fuel courtesy of Shell, fifty thousand worth of taxi rides within Nairobi and Mombasa courtesy of Little and two nights fully paid holidays at the Maasai Mara courtesy of Azure Mara hotel.
