Tribal is a producer who has been working on his first project that features a collective of artists on the low. He invited us to his creative space as he was producing and The Statement is the first single off the project. that It's a 9 track mixtape though the numbers change before I release the whole project. He says he chose to feature the Kampala Boy Flex D'Paper because it matches his "Show off" Style of rapping.
"He usually brags that his the fresh prince of KLA city and the leader of the new skool in UG hip hop. I felt this beat would give him the platform to say what he feels due to the aggressive trappish tone of the beat it gives him that space to brag and show people why he considers himself the fresh prince of kla and leader of the new skool." said Tribal.
On this project Tribal samples classic and contemporary African songs then puts them into modern day hip-hop and a few other genres. This has enabled him to create and structure an experimental sound for the project that is different from what's out.
