Kenyan singer Tetu Shani wins at Global Music Awards

The Kenyan singer Tetu Shani has won big at the March 2017 Global Music Awards with his fifth studio single "Samalina" produced by Saint Evo. The song recently released and featured here has won the silver medal for outstanding achievement in the category of New Release, this making him the only African to win out of all of the silver medalists.

The Global Music Awards is a top-tier music talent competition for artists around the world with past winners including the Grammy-award winning blues rock band Alabama Shakes and Grammy winning banjo player and artist Bela Fleck.
